Dave Trevino is the winner of this award at our house! Granted their are no other nominees.. BUUUUT... He had to deal with some pretty nasty stuff all by himself yesterday. I had a "boutique" to go to, so of course he had to deal with the kids, no big deal, since he does it all the time. Well, Milli woke up and he went to grab her so he could get dinner started. His plans quickly changed when he got to her room and found this...
That is NOT chocolate all over the bed and her arms... Its POO! EVERY WHERE!!!! I could not have dealt with this on my own. He quickly sent me a text saying something like "its EVERYWHERE" and then I got a picture of this most sweet child COVERED in poo up to her elbows on my phone (gotta love technology).
Dave said it took him one hour and thirty minutes to clean everything up, PLUS he had to make sure she wouldn't go in the room and try to "help". Thank goodness for big sister, Leah, who watched Milli closely. Dave also said that it took him FOREVER to wash her. Poor thing slept in that nastiness for a couple of hours.
The nursery has never looked so clean!
Dave is the BEST for dealing with this and not killing someone in the process :) Including me when I got home. Seriously, Dave YOU are the best! I don't blame him for never wanting to change a poopy diaper again!

Oh my goodness! I bet it smelled great in there! :) Dave is such a trooper. Heston would have had a heart attack. Good job on being out of the house for that one!
That is pretty bad laura.I would say Dave definitely gets an award for dealing with that really nastty mess. I do feel bad for poor little milli. I have heard stories of one of my sissters doing just that kind of mess when about milli's age.
This happened at our house two days ago! Though, based on the picture, yours was much worse! Still, sleeping in that stuff made it super hard for us to clean Ami up too. What were they thinking????
OMGOSH!!! Way to go Dave!! I have a friend who's daughter did something similar. The little girl stuck her hand in her diaper and did poo art on the wall. This is not something I am looking forward to. So glad you were not there!!
Hands down your husband wins the prize!! I cannnot believe it!! Poor Milli and difinately poor Dave!! I really don't know what I would have done! Wow that is all I can say right now! WOOOWW!

Nasty! That really is one of the worst things to have to deal with. Marcos usually just screams until I come to help him. I have to say I'm the one with the stronger stomach in our family for sure. :) But yes, what a nice husband/father Dave is. He deserves some sort of reward for sure!

Sorry I am laughing, because that really stinks...literally.:) I am soooo sorry Dave. Kylie went through a phase and did that 3 times in 1 week. It happened to be the week that our washing machine broke. I had to haul the pooh to the neighbors. I guess I am trying to make you feel better...that things could always be worse!!!! But props to you Dave, because I think Esteban would just die!!!
Yep, that is pretty much the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Anyone who would deal with that mell of a hess is pretty fantastic. I would say that you are a pretty lucky lady.
