Big Al is my wonderful father-in-law. We get along fabulously! Last week he called and said, "I know Dave's not taking you out for Valentine's day so, how about your my date?" I couldn't refuse that. The plan was to go to dinner with some old friends and then go watch a play. I drove out to Dave's parents house to meet up with Al and Craig and Bobby Beck picked us up. We went to Chili's and then to Hale Theater to watch "Cash on Delivery". It was SO much fun. We had some good laughs at dinner and the play was hilarious! We were red faced watching it. I think the picture below is funny because I can only imagine what people were thinking see all four of us together. Three older people and then me... They probably thought Al was a cradle robber, hahahaaa! Lucky guy :D . Al and I can totally joke around like that and I just love him. He is wonderful! Our next adventure will be "Phantom of the Opera", I can't wait!
Karen, Al and the Beck's used to go out all the time. I remember Karen talking about their outings often. It was fun to be part of it this past week.

What fun!
I'm glad you had a good time. I love to hang out with the "oldies"--they have such fun stories to tell and always make you feel special for who you are.
That is fun! I was laughing with the picture and your comment about people thinking Al is robbing the cradle - very funny.
