Yet, another reason we just LOVE summer.
I love setting the table outside and preparing these yummy ribs. It just makes me happy. As I set the table the other day, I reflected on how happy these things make me. There is just something special that comes from being with friends and family on a relaxing summer night, its just priceless!

Yeah, I definitely want some ribs like that...Heston loves ribs. And, we love to eat outside. We eat out there at least once a week. It's so fun and easy to BBQ - less pots and pans to clean up and I don't have to turn on the oven.
