Garden Boxes
Four years ago Dave and my dad put together a raised gardening box. We grew all sorts of things in there that year, then we added the ones on the side. Last night Dave and the kids put together one last box. I love how nice this side looks. I will especially love it when its full of yummy produce. We are growing loads of tomatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini, squash, watermelon, strawberries (they are so yummy) and raspberries. We make lots of salsa with our produce and we also love to grill our veggies during the summer. I hope to make some raspberry jam this season as well. Yay for Dave and the kids and their hard work!!!

You are so lucky to be getting some raspberries. All that garden produce makes me a little anxious. P.S. I ate spinach from my garden today.
It does look great. Way to go. I, too, like how clean and organized the boxes make that side look!
What a great use of that space! I would totally do boxes if we didn't already have a garden space when we moved in. They look really nice and clean and make getting to the produce easier when it's time to harvest (at least I'm assuming so). I'm always hopping around trying not to step on stuff when I'm picking my veggies. We're hoping to put some strawberries and raspberries in next year (after we move our fence and have a little more space that's kind of separate...I'll have to explain that later). Awesome to have it done though. I love getting a project done that I've been looking forward to. Hurray!
I hope it works out great.
Pretty exciting.
They look great! I'm loving Leah's pose...so funny!
Those look great. Is nice to have a handy husband and kids willing to help. I want to try growing some produce (at least tomatoes) next year...I am trying out growing pretty annuals from seeds as practice this year.
Wow! That looks so great. Be careful Lau, you might really start to enjoy this gardening stuff!
I am excited for gardening this year and I like your garden boxes.
They look great! Good luck.
