Coupon Clipping
I went to a coupon class a while ago (Thanks Maria!!!) And I think its really helping me. I have been coupon clipping for almost a month. It has been so much fun. I look forward to seeing how much I save every week. This week I was very pleased with the results. This is a way to build my food/household needs storage and still save money. I know that at first I will continue to spend about $100 per week in my groceries and household needs but soon (I give it another month) I hope to be spending half of that. I spent $95.49. That might sound like a lot but I would have spent $165.49! That would have been shocking to pay. This week I saved a whopping $70.45, this is roughly 42.5% SAVINGS! I think that is pretty dang amazing.
I follow the GrocerySmarts program. Its a free! You need a password to get into it and it is ... g84cas

Good for you man.
I'm gonna need a crash course in about 2 years when I'm back in Bountiful and not on food stamps.
Isn't it so fun! I saved 124.00 when I went Wednesday. I love it.
I need to be better at this. A lot better.
but I don't want to wait two years....
I need to join that crash course with Melissa please. I really need to learn how to do this.
LOL Carrie your a crack up!
I keep hearing about all this grocery saving business. I guess I need to get on board.
Congratulations!!! I love it. I went this morning and saved $67.00 and spent $50. It is sooo fun. I love the shelving. That is my next project! By the way, when is the painting project?
C't wait to hear your schpill tonight about it. Looks like it would benefit us greatly. As soon as I create some room for food storage. Until then if anything happens we will be eating Halloween villages and Christmas lights.
Oh.. I love coupon savings!! I do grocery smarts too here in Vegas, and my best shopping expedition so far I paid $1.90 for over $30.00 in groceries and got a checkout receipt coupon for $2.00 off my next visit... so I guess the store paid me $0.10 for buying $30 worth of groceries. I need to frame that receipt!
