These cookies are relatively healthy, supper yummy and easy to make.
Oatmeal-Nut Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 cups old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 1/2 cup walnuts (or whatever nuts you like)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchmant paper. On waxed paper, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
2. In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat sugars and butter until creamy. Beat in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. At low speed, gradually add flour mixture; beat just until blended, occasionally scraping the bowl. Stir in walnuts.
3. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons, 2 inches apart. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and ENJOY.

These recipes look yummy, so I'll have to try them out. I made the lava flows for my friends and they were a huge hit!!!
We missed seeing you too, but it looks like we'll see you a ton more now that we are moving to Vernal!!! EEERRRGGGHHH!!! Happy to be closer to family, not happy to move to Vernal!
I'll try these too! I wish Matt would request anything with nuts in it. Maybe if I disguise them in cookies he'll like them. I think I could live off these cookies like Dave too.
