Children's Museum

Last Wednesday we had planned on going to the zoo with Abuela, Ni and baby Alex but the weather had other plans so we ended up going to the Children's Museum at the Gateway. The kids LOVE going there and really, they have a great time. It was a bit chaotic since there were 3 schools there that day. The older kids were being very rowdy and they don't watch the little kids that are around. Regardless of the excess of older kids there, we had a great time watching the kids play. The kids love to go into the market and play cashier or shopper, they enjoyed playing "Bob the Builder" in the construction site, Mylo had a great time being a fire fighter and helping the "civilians" around town. Leah REALLY liked being a cow girl in the farm and riding the horse like a princess. Ni LOVES being around people so he loved everything there, I think he really enjoyed the Helicopter the best. Baby Alex was a little angel in the stroller watching everyone around him. He is such a good baby. Abuela and I had a great time keeping up with the kids and running after them. Here's a few pictures of our day at the Children's Museum.

Leah, Mylo and Ni on the horse

Mylo saying "Giddy up horse!". He gave the horse a little pat, it was cute.

Baby Alex being a SUPER baby.

That photo of Mylo was cracking me up big time man. I love it. That place sounds AWESOME. I've always wanted to go there. I bet Masaru would love it. How much is it? We should totally go one time.

I have never been to Discovery Gateway without there being a gazillion school groups there. You pay a boat load of money to get in and then have to contend with all the school kids to see anything. It's a joke. However, it is a very cool place to visit. Looks like y'all had a fun time, which is really all that matters. Plus, maybe Milo will become a cow hand when he grows up all because he got to ride on a super cool fake horse when he was 3! Yipee Kai Ay.

That looks like so much fun! I have never been to that children's museum. (Only the old school one like 15 years ago) I've heard it's way fun though! Cute pics

Looks like you had a good time. I have seen all the hype about the "body/Seaseme Street" exhibit and have considered heading back in. Did you see that? Was it any good/worth going for?

It looks like your kids had a great time! It must be nice to have your oldest be a girl. She always looks so helpful and sweet!
