I think you'll sell it fast. It's priced to move, and you've taken such great care of it. It's a great starter home for a cute little family somewhere. Good luck!
I hope that you sell and find what you want. Your house is beautiful though, so cozy. Your bebdroom is big, I like the lightning. I had not seen your master before, and is nice that you seem to have a his and her closet which will a nice selling point.
I, too, think it'll sell fast at that price. It's is much more reasonable than across from us...
Meg continually says how "Mylo is going to move soon." You're family WILL be missed (thank goodness for the ability to still keep contact via blogs), but I remember years ago that you mentioned you'd want to move on so I'm happy for you getting to this point.
